* Don played representative Rugby & captained the Gunnedah Red Devils
* Don is a Life Member of APEX (22 year involvement)
* Don is a Life Member of the Gunnedah Rugby Club, and past President
* Don's contribution to the Rotary Club of Gunnedah has seen him receive one of its highest recognition awards - the Paul Harris Fellow Award
* Don has been a member of the Real Estate Institute for more than 30 years
* Don has co-ordinated the Salvation Army?s Red Shield Appeal in Gunnedah for more than 30 years.
* Don is a current Justice of the Peace
Don's contributions to local charities and sporting bodies are well documented and clearly shows his unfounded support for his town and community. In 2006 Don was recognised by Gunnedah for his community & business support at the Australia Day awards.

LAUREN EWING, daughter of Don, is fourth generation to work in the family business. Born in Gunnedah, Lauren left home to attend the UNSW in 1995 where she completed a degree in Commerce, Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality Management. After working in Sydney for several years, in 2003, Lauren turned her back on the bright lights and heading home to a more relaxed and peaceful lifestyle. Her husband, Ben Robertson is the firms Property Manager and they have two children, Lucy & Stella.
Lauren's passion is sport. Her school years saw her achieve well in a number of sports including Gymnastics, Swimming, Diving, Hockey & Rugby Union. In Gunnedah she is a member of the Cycling & Triathlon Club and regularly plays OZ-Tag & Touch Football.

Jessica Valks a country girl born and bred in Gunnedah attending primary school at St Xavier’s and high school at St Mary’s. At the age of 17 followed in her dad’s foot steps and went into the family photography business as retail and wedding photographer, after 13 years of photography felt the need for a change where the opportunity in real estate came up and thought it would be a nice change.
Jessica has a love for showing horses and has competed all over N.S.W and at major show’s such as Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and Melbourne.
